TribusSentinel provides a software solution for statistical analysis, data security risk monitoring, and audit of the integrity of economic information flows, intended for private investment networks. The platform includes specialized courses on financial system architecture, intangible asset protection, and audit of the integrity of economic flows.
Users have the right to access the platform's content and functionalities in accordance with the selected subscription. They undertake not to breach system security, not to distribute confidential data, and to comply with all applicable laws regarding data protection and intellectual property.
TribusSentinel makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the services, but does not guarantee that they are free from errors or interruptions. Under no circumstances shall TribusSentinel be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial or data loss, caused by the use of the platform.
Payments for subscriptions are made in advance, according to the chosen plan. Refunds are possible only within 14 days of purchase, provided that the service has not been significantly accessed. All transactions are processed under maximum security conditions.
Users may terminate use of the platform at any time by written notice. TribusSentinel reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of serious breach of the terms, without prior notice.
TribusSentinel may periodically modify these terms. Users will be informed 30 days before the changes come into effect, and continued use after this period constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
